Course Description
This course begins an in depth review of risk management, starting with factors such as informed consent and malpractice insurance as related to legal and ethical issues. The informed consent agreement in particular is discussed in great detail, culminating in the class developing their own consent form for use with their online clients and patients.
The difference between legal and regulatory affairs, and how these differences affect the average practitioner both online and off will also be covered.
